Can people with acidity follow this diet plan?

Many people with acidity (gastritis) problem have this apprehension. Actually due to πŸ‘‰this diet plan the problem of acidity gets cured!

If you eat something stomach produces HCl (Hydrochloric acid) for digestion of proteins. The secretion of acid is in response to food.. so if you don't eat, acid will not get secreted. 😊

Also, irrespective of quantity of food consumed, almost a similar amount is secreted at the beginning. If you continue to eat, there is a fine tuning done in acid secretion.

When you eat twice in the day, whatever acid is produced it gets utilized. If you eat small frequent meals then acid produced is not completely utilized and the remaining acid causes acidity.
As a result, people with acidity problem get rid of it by eating twice.😎

First few days such people should drink cold water, buttermilk or coconut water if they get some acidity. In a week or so, they will settle down on the diet plan.
